James is the principal of Rocco Law Offices, LLC. Prior to opening his own
office in March, 2003, James was a shareholder with the firm of Kolansky, Tuttle
& Rocco, P.C.
James' practice consists primarily of civil cases, with an emphasis on family law
and personal injury matters. While the constant goal of his practice is to obtain
fair and equitable settlements, he is no stranger in the Courtroom. James, not
only appears in Court in a regular basis, he successfully obtained a
$1,400,000 jury verdict for a client as a result of injuries sustained in a 2004
work-related injury. James has also tried thousands of cases in both state and
federal courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey

Previous to working at Rocco Law Offices, Deborah worked for defense law firms, representing
employers and insurance companies in employment
law. Her specialty was worker's compensation.
In 2004, after viewing the injustices of injured workers, Deborah decided to work for
individuals, to secure their rights and benefits. At Rocco Law Offices, she focuses
all her energies on representing the rights of injured workers. in just the past year, Deborah has obtained
over $1 million from Court decisions and settlements for her clients.
